Lost Dog Cafe
is such a classy yet unpretentious little slice of Binghamton.
Relaxing, inviting, cozy... So many words to describe this wonderful
place. We love coming in just for their sweet potato fries, and
everyone that we know raves about them too. The voodoo ahi chicken
sandwich is unbelievable. What may surprise you is that they also have
an incredible beer selection here, including Guinness, which we love.
Some nights they've got live music too. Just a great place to hang out
and enjoy an afternoon or evening with good friends!

Little Venice
really is an authentic slice of Venice, with some of the very best
ravioli we've ever had (in delicious butter and garlic!). We also love
their pasta served with that homemade marinara sauce, and their
meatballs are the perfect finishing touch. Don't miss the eggplant
either, it's superb. And the manicotti? Wow. The food here is seriously
on a whole different level than any other Italian restaurant we have
been to, to the point that we can barely make ourselves go anywhere
else now! It's that good. Give it a try for yourself and find out that
all those rave reviews aren't wrong!

Cyber Cafe
West is the kind of place where you'll love stopping in for
either a hot cup of coffee or an ice cold pint of beer. They really do
both very well... a nice strong cup of joe and a really great selection
of beers! They've got a lot of vegetarian options on the menu that we
love, and you can't go wrong with any of their wraps. We recommend the
California wrap. The food comes with tortilla chips and gouda, which is
a nice change from the usual potatoes and veggies. It's pretty laid
back here and the prices are nice and affordable. The crowd is mostly
college students. Great live music here too!

What can we tell you about Park Diner
that you haven't already heard? There are a million reasons that people
love this place so much. The food is always great, and stopping in for
a hot chocolate after a long day of hard work is just the perfect way
to relax. Try the Hawaiian barbecue chicken sandwich, or if you want
something that's more "comfort food"-esque, try the meatloaf with
mashed potatoes! Always a great choice. The view is very nice here too,
overlooking the river and waterfall. The servers are friendly and the
service is fast. Overall a great place to dine and relax!

Whole in the
Wall is truly amazing for vegetarian diners. Lots of
celebrities list this as one of their favorite restaurants, as you can
see from the autographed photos on the walls. We go wild for their
sundried tomato pesto, and we think you'll love that garlic bread that
everybody goes so crazy over. This is whole wheat bread covered in
garlic butter and parsley, so gooey and delicious that you will need to
eat it with a fork! Truly amazing. We also recommend the rigatoni with
red pepper pesto as a main dish. It's so good we can barely ever order
anything else! Very highly recommended, don't miss this place!

Spot
Restaurant has got a wide array of Greek delicacies that
we simply cannot resist. The chicken souvlaki is not to be missed, and
you can't go wrong with a standard breakfast here either. The eggs and
toast with hash is always a wonderful option, and you'll love their
home fries too. This place has been in existence for at least thirty
years that we are aware of, and we think that's due in part to their
wonderful daily specials, the incredible friendly service, and the
comfortable vintage decor that makes it so cozy. Everything is great
from the lamb to the dessert!

Tranquil Bar
& Bistro is really relaxed and cool. We love the
decor here, including exposed brick, lofty ceilings, and beautiful
lighting. It's so nice to come in and sit down to a great meal
including some really fresh crisp salads, warm fresh bread, and
wonderful seafood entrees. You defnitely don't want to come here in a
rush. This is more of a leisurely lingering type of restaurant, where
you'll want to relax over your meal, coffee, and dessert while chatting
with a good friend. They've got a really great staff here too, and we
have never had anything less than a stellar dining experience. Very
highly recommended!

Are you as addicted to crepes as we are? If so, you do not want to miss
this gem that we have found right here in Binghamton, called Crepe Heaven.
The establishment is kept very clean and it's decorated nicely, but the
real star of the show here is the crepes themselves. They've got a huge
variety, the best of which (in our opinion!) are the ricotta crepe with
spinach, the ham crepe with egg and cheddar, and of course those
irresistible Nutella and white chocolate crepes that are all
the rage nowadays. There is no better option for a rich and decadent
dessert-type crepe here! Wonderful finish for any meal.

Thai Thai
Cuisine is a little bit out of the way, tucked away in a
quiet neighborhood, within a strip mall, but we think it's worth
looking for. And don't let the strip mall location fool you--the
quality of the food is incredible. There's no liquor license here, but
they let you bring your own wine with you which is an easy way to save
a few bucks anyway, and what we find very convenient is that there's a
liquor store right next to the restaurant! Just perfect. Our favorites
here are the masaman shrimp, the chicken satay appetizer, and the pad
thai. Don't forget to order a Thai iced tea as well, it's so refreshing
and good. Always a pleasure dining here when we're in the area.

Tom &
Marty's Town House Restaurant is one of the most popular
restaurants in Binghamton, and for good reason. On the weekends they're
always packed with happy customers grooving to the music and enjoying
the atmosphere. They play a lot of classic 80s rock here, which we love
but some don't! The drinks are pretty inexpensive here... under five
bucks for a big jar of Blue Moon or even a nice sized Cape Cod. Clean
environment, friendly staff, comfy tables... It's no wonder why we've
spent so many weekend evenings here drinking and enjoying the wonderful
food. Make it a point to check this one out when you're in the area.
