Hattie's Restaurant
is the soul food haven that unbelievably beat Bobby Flay in that Fried
Chicken Throwdown! We believe that we could stop the review right
there! But we won't. They've got all the good stuff here, including
that famous fried chicken, delicious collard greens, and incredible
candied yams. It does not get better than that! It's very charming
inside, with a bayou feeling throughout, and it's comfortably casual so
you can just kick back and relax with your meal. Don't skip the fried
okra, it's really wonderful, and we also love the macaroni and cheese
as well as their seafood. There's even a bar with a really masterful
bartender, so you can get all your favorite cocktails. Everything here
is great, from the service to the ambiance to the food. Very highly
recommended!

Ravenous was
created for lovers of crepes, and if you haven't found the time to
visit the fabulous creperie yet, then it's high time that you do! Their
menu consists of two sections, savory and sweet. If you like your
crepes sweet, may we recommend the dulce de leche? If you prefer them
savory, you will want to opt for the Left Bank crepe that comes with
ham, gruyere, and tomatoes. The kids will love the banana and nutella
crepes, and you'll love the price of that one after you've seen the
other prices. The most frequent complaint about this restaurant is that
the prices are ridiculously high, and that may be true, but we brave
those mountainous prices in order to enjoy that massive flavor.
Everybody goes crazy about the pommes frites here too, so be sure to
try those!

Maestro's A Fine American Bistro
is a truly amazing place to visit on Broadway in Saratoga Springs. They
have so many amazing things here... and it's the little touches that
really make it so good. The butter is sprinkled with Hawaiian sea salt,
the salt and pepper is in dishes instead of shakers, the coffee is
French pressed and served in clear glass mugs, the chocolate bark is
free at the end of your meal... you get the point. All those little
touches add up to make a really memorable meal. The five onion soup is
one of our favorite things here, and it goes so well with the two kinds
of freshly baked bread that they bring to the table when you arrive.
The lobster macaroni and cheese is really excellent here, and we love
their prix fixe menu. Try the crackers with white bean dip too, they
are amazing! Everything here is just so good. Very highly recommended.

Max London's Restaurant & Bar
is one of the more upscale choices on this list, and if you've got an
important occasion coming up, we suggest that you consider this one for
its location. You'll really love the small plates here, and the wine
list is also noteworthy, along with that list of great beers. You'll
definitely want to try the garbanzo bean polenta fries, they are so
flavorful and unique! The BLT pizza is one of our favorite things to
share with a group here, and the charcuterie plate is also excellent
and made right there on the premises. They have homemade pasta here
that is just out of this world, and we have also enjoyed the grilled
chicken with cumin and chili ratatouille. Truly amazing. You can rely
on Max London's for an amazing meal any day of the week.

Circus Cafe
is a really great restaurant and bar in Saratoga Springs, and we love
to come in on Thursdays for open mic night. No matter what you get,
you've got to get the sweet potato fries along with it, especially for
that raspberry dipping sauce that comes along with them! Wow, is it
ever good. If you've got kids, they'll love the kids menu and all its
circus-themed names. The hamburgers are great here, especially the bleu
cheese and bacon burger. Pair that with a Guinness and you're good to
go. The wait can be a little long here, but the cool thing is that you
can leave your mobile number with them and they'll call you when your
table is ready, leaving you free to wander the shops and stores on
Broadway. If you stay for dessert, get the chocolate lava cake! It's
fantastic.

If you're in need of Los Angeles Limo try out Limo Los Angeles.
Cantina is an
amazing spot for Mexican food on Broadway in Saratoga Springs. You'll
certainly want to begin your meal with their delicious cantina nachos,
and even just the half order will do even if you're splitting it among
yourself and a friend. The burritos are delicious here, and they give
you a nice side of guacamole and pico de gallo on the side, which are
so fresh and flavorful! They've got great chips and salsa here, free
with your meal of course, and they are really delish. The salsa is more
of a pico de gallo style though, just so you know. We love it that way
so no complaints from us! Wonderful waitstaff and cool ambiance
too. Our solo complaint about this place is that they do not keep their
menu current online. Other than that, this place is a gem.

Wheatfields
is a truly charming Italian restaurant that we have really enjoyed. The
menu sticks to the basics, but they do it well, and it's definitely a
cut above all those chain restaurants that try to be authentically
Italian but never seem to get the job done. We love the steak salad
with the crostinis, and the eggplant parmesan is really a very nice
treat here too. Very flavorful and plentiful. They've got excellent
arancinis here, and the scarpetta is also out of this world. They've
got excellent garlic butter with the bread, and their flourless cake
and tiramisu are really amazing for dessert. Try the sweet potato
gnocchi if you want something that really falls under the heading of
comfort food. It's hard to imagine anything more comforting than that!
Just a great place!

Sushi Thai Garden
is a fusion of Thai food and Japanese fare, and we just love it. The
shrimp tempura roll is one of our favorite things to have here, and the
pad thai and curry are excellent from the Thai side of things. The tom
ka gai is some of the best that we have ever had, which of course is
the coconut chicken soup. Even the sashimi is excellent on its own
here, which tells you a lot about the quality of the food. They work
hard to make this place what it is, keeping it sparkling clean and
nicely decorated, and the staff is always very friendly and in a great
mood. We have nothing negative to say about this place. Always a good
time, always great food.

The Olde Bryan Inn
is an excellent choice for family dining, with a good kids menu and
lots of classic favorites for the rest of the family to enjoy. This
place has been here for a very long time, but their menu has evolved
over time into what it is today, and it just keeps getting better and
better. The salmon nicoise salad is really excellent, as well as the
seared ahi tuna, and we love the scallop appetizers too. The steaks are
very good, and the kids will really enjoy the macaroni and cheese and
the chicken tenders. Another thing that's great is that the kids meals
even come with dessert. Now that's a nice surprise, and something that
they will definitely love. Great service and ambiance too. You will
love this place.

Chianti II Ristorante
is perfect for lovers of Italian food. They really have an incredible
array of items here, beginning with that great wine selection and
weaving straight through the menu of delicious entrees. We are dirty
martini aficionados, and one of our particular favorite things about
this restaurant is that they make them so perfectly here! It's tough to
find a place that really gets it right. We'd recommend the carpacci
sampler as well as the risotti capuleti. You'll definitely want to try
the salmon putanesca, it's just fantastic. Also try the filetto al
gorgonzola. Everything on the menu is really superb, so you can feel
very comfortable choosing anything here and know that you're going to
have an amazing meal. Very friendly service too, and great atmosphere.
