Hard Rock Cafe seems to get a mix of good and bad reviews, and our guess is that it's because it's such a huge chain restaurant and some people (including ourselves!) aren't that big of a fan of chains. However, we love "the Hard Rock" as it's affectionately called by its loyal customers, and we could never pass up the opportunity to go to this location in Niagara Falls. The staff here is always super friendly and in a great mood, and the food is always cooked perfectly to order. We love the variety of food that they serve here, from burgers to pasta to delicious salads, and beyond that they have a great bar that's well stocked with all the top shelf liquors for your favorite shots and cocktails. Very highly recommended and always a good time!

Red Coach Inn is a real tradition in Niagara Falls. Lots of people celebrate their weddings here, and the inn is really a lovely place to stay anytime you're in the area, but for our purposes here we're focusing on the bar and restaurant. We've only been here for weddings, but we have always been so impressed by the delicious food, which is typically prime rib, chicken, or salmon, along with delicious baked potatoes and fresh vegetables cooked to perfection. They've always got great wine and drinks available, and you just can't beat the elegant surroundings when it comes to a beautiful event day for you and your loved ones. No need to wait for a wedding to enjoy this space though! All kinds of events can be perfectly hosted here. We love it and we know you will too.

Caffe Lola is one of the best places to go in Niagara Falls for a really delicious meal. They have some of the freshest and most elegantly prepared food that we have ever been treated to. Truly gourmet! We adore their paninis, and we're so impressed by the quality of every single ingredient that goes into these delicious grilled sandwiches.The lobster macaroni and cheese is another one of our essential menu items. They have such a wide array of food here, and we appreciate that. Don't miss the pomme frites with garlic aoli! The chipotle mayo is also really noteworthy. Not overly spiced but really flavorful. Very good homemade tomato soup here too! Wonderful desserts too including gelato! Yum!

Como Restaurant is THE spot for authentic Italian in Niagara Falls if you ask us! We have been here numerous times both for romantic dates and for get togethers with family. It's not the ultra modern super gourmet style of food that some foodies are used to at this point in time, but rather a very authentic old fashioned meal, like the kind that your family may serve at home. When you are actually quite far from home on a trip to Niagara Falls for example, this kind of home cooked charm is always a good thing! We really love the large portions of food that they serve, and the friendly staff that always helps us to choose something unique and tasty. Delicious rolls and salads, and we love their chicken and pasta dishes!

Buzzy's New York Style Pizza & Restaurant... can you imagine Niagara Falls without it? We can't. We've been coming here seemingly forever and we just love the pizza. This may in fact be the best pizza around, beating out all our other favorite places in the surrounding area, which you know is filled with greate pizza joints! You may miss the older smaller restaurant, but they desperately needed the extra space and we find that the new area is just as comfortable as the old one was. Don't miss those amazing wings with that creamy buttery flavor that you will not find elsewhere! Some of us prefer the mild to the medium because they are a little more crisp. Everything's fantastic here. Highly recommended.

Maharaja Restaurant is a wonderful Indian restaurant that everybody falls in love with after their first visit. We enjoy both their buffet and their cooked to order items. The one downside to ordering your food fresh rather than grabbing some from the buffet is that the service can be a little bit slow, but the quality of the food makes it so that we really don't mind the wait. Grab a drink and enjoy some good conversation while you wait. We really love their fish curry and the aloo gobi, as well as the shahi paneer. The only downside to this restaurant is that they don't have naan and the meal does not come with rice. Still, we adore the food and the atmosphere, and the service is always great. Can't leave this one off the list! It's one of our favorite places to go in Niagara Falls.

Michael's Restaurant has been here for as long as we can remember, and we love the fact that it just remains the same year after year. Same familiar decor, same high quality food, and the same kind of old fashioned service that is so rare to find nowadays. Though it's true that the decor never changes, they do keep it very clean here, so you don't have to worry about that. We love the delicious homemade pizzas, and the eggplant parmesan. Is this place fancy? No. Is it an absolute Niagara Falls landmark as far as we're concerned? Yes. We would never come to this city without visiting Michael's, and we always make sure to recommend it to all our friends too. Some of the best service we have ever received. One of the very best!

Top of the Falls Restaurant is a real classic, with the kind of view that only this restaurant can claim. If you're really wanting that outside seating, you will want to arrive plenty early because it's almost always taken. They've got some of the best beef on weck that we have ever had, and we also enjoy their hamburgers and fries. Everything is always served piping hot just the way we like it. Fast service too! We should note that this place was on a downward slide for a little while there, but they have really turned things around and everything is back to its original quality as far as we can tell! Wonderful hot wings here too, so make sure to get your fill of them! Everything's great, give it a try!

La Galera Mexican Restaurant is a real tradition in this area, having been here for as long as most of us can remember. If you love authentic Mexican food, you cannot go wrong with any item on their menu. The prices are amazing too. You will not find a restaurant this good at a price this low. Of course if you decide to have drinks that will push the price up a bit, but their drinks are really wonderful so we do highly recommend them. The best thing here is the enchiladas as far as we're concerned, but again, EVERYTHING is good. People also go crazy for their tacos and their chips and salsa. Even the chimichangas, being one of the least authentic items out there, are just irresistible. So good!

Fortuna's Restaurant is immediately recognizable by that familiar old fashioned building that it's situated in, and we just love coming here for their authentic mouth watering Italian food! There's some real history here as opposed to the chain restaurants that are completely devoid of a story, and we love soaking up that old fashioned atmosphere every time we come in. We'd most highly recommend the eggplant parmesan, and the stuffed cherry peppers makes a really amazing appetizer too. The veal is very good too if that's more your style! The service is known to be a bit slow here to say the least, but the food always arrives piping hot and the servers are very friendly, so just arrive early and plan to linger over coffee with some good conversation while you wait for your food.
